We are trying to eat more healthy foods. Snack foods are some of the biggest challenges to healthy eating. Popcorn, a whole grain food that's low in calories, is a great snack food that's economical and also fun to eat. Popcorn is one of the best snack foods around. It's low in calories and high in fiber.

We had been eating microwave popcorn, but unfortunately it is loaded with fat. I recently found a great company called Kernel Season's. They sent me a very generous selection of their products for review. They sell a variety of popcorn products including a large variety of popcorn seasonings, popcorn, and popcorn spritzer. The popcorn and seasonings are delish! My favorite flavor is apple cinnamon. Mmmm. The butter flavored Spritzer tasted good and helped the seasonings to stick. Their popcorn is advertised as "nearly hull-less", and I would agree. I loved their products, and my kids loved them too.
