I am sure you are aware of the budget cuts occurring in schools across the country due to the poor economy. Our school requests the parents to donate school supplies and things like tissues.
Bing is sponsoring a great contest to help schools with some needed money.
"Our School Needs is a contest where you tell us what your school needs. Your “need” can be anything that your school needs to help kids receive a better education—from a new library, to new computers, books, supplies, even air conditioning. Once you enter, get people to rate it, and if your entry makes it to the finals, get people to vote for it. The stakes are high. Your school could win a $100,000 grand prize or one of three $50,000 first prizes."
